Common bugs & fixes

Loader startup errors (0xR / 0xD / 0xI) or infinite loading

• Follow the essential troubleshooting steps below
• Try starting the loader with and without a VPN
• Use Cloudflare VPN (download from https://1.1.1.1/)
• Try connecting from another network or mobile hotspot

Essential Troubleshooting

1. Restart your computer and retry
2. Install Microsoft Visual C++ from https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
3. Completely disable Windows Defender using Defender Control
4. Uninstall FaceIt, Vanguard, ESEA anti-cheats
5. Disable any overclocking and remove MSI Afterburner
6. Reset BIOS settings to default
7. Ensure Secure Boot is disabled in BIOS
8. Disable Memory Integrity in Windows Device Security > Core isolation
9. Ensure Windows is up to date (Windows 11 recommended)

Overlay disappears or does not show

• Set the game to Borderless mode instead of Fullscreen
• Disable other overlays (NVIDIA GeForce, Discord, Medal)
• Disable GPU acceleration in Windows Settings
• Disable Game Mode in Windows Settings
• Reinstall and update GPU drivers
• Launch the game from the launcher, not desktop shortcut

Laggy overlay

• Limit the game's FPS until the menu stops lagging
• Lower graphics settings
• Toggle VSYNC on/off (enable DLSS for NVIDIA or Fidelity for AMD)
• Disable Fullscreen Optimizations in game .exe properties
• Set Maximum Processor State to 99% in Windows Power Settings

Can't click in the menu

• Do NOT run the game or launcher as Administrator

Error (0xC1843): Antivirus or Anticheat Running

• Uninstall the problematic software from Windows Programs
• Use Command Prompt as admin: sc stop vgk then sc delete vgk

ESP shifted or not aligned with players

• Set game to display on only one screen
• Use 16:9 resolution (21:9 ultrawide not supported)
• Set the game to Borderless mode

Aimbot not working or slow

• Uninstall mouse software (Logitech G Hub, Razer Synapse)
• Lower mouse sensitivity for better aimbot accuracy
