Driver Initialization Error 1

This is usually caused by one of these still being enabled:

• Exploit Protection
• Windows Defender or Kernel (Core) Isolation
• An anti-cheat like FACEIT or Vanguard (Valorant)
• Control Flow Guard (CFG)
• Another antivirus running in the background

Disable those and try again. If it still fails, click Get Support in the loader, then choose option 1 followed by option 2.

Cannot Connect To Server

Fix this with a VPN — we recommend Cloudflare WARP. You can turn the VPN back off before you open the game.

"Please open file properly"

Re-download the loader and place it in a new folder on your desktop. Make sure the loader is not still inside a zip — extract it first, then run it.
