Issue: Software won't launch
Symptoms: The application does not start or crashes on launch. Solution:
- Restart your computer and retry launching the game.
- Ensure that Windows is up to date (Windows 11 is recommended).
- Install Microsoft Visual C++ by visiting this link.
Issue: Loader startup errors (0xR / 0xD / 0xI) or infinite loading
Symptoms: Error codes appear on startup or the game gets stuck loading. Solution:
- Follow the essential troubleshooting steps mentioned above.
- Try starting the loader with and without a VPN.
- Disable any other VPN services and try using free Cloudflare VPN from this link.
- Attempt connecting from another network or using a different connection spot (e.g., tethering from your phone).
Issue: Overlay disappears or does not show
Symptoms: The overlay is missing during gameplay. Solution:
- Follow the essential troubleshooting steps mentioned above.
- Set the game to Borderless mode instead of Fullscreen.
- Disable any other overlays, such as NVIDIA GeForce, Discord, or benchmarking tools.
