Issue: Error "Login Failed"

Symptoms: Unable to log in due to incorrect username/password or account issues. Solution:

  1. Check your username and password for accuracy.
  2. Ensure that your username and/or password does not contain special characters.
  3. If the issue persists, consider requesting a HWID reset for your account.

Issue: Menu closes/crashes when clicking inject

Symptoms: The menu does not work and crashes upon injection. Solution:

  1. Disable real-time protection in your antivirus software.
  2. Create an exclusion for the Ovix folder located in %appdata%.
  3. Delete the Ovix folder in %appdata% and redownload the menu.

Issue: Error "Files Not Found"

Symptoms: Encountering a message indicating missing files. Solution:

  1. Check if your antivirus software has deleted any Ovix files.
  2. Verify that you have followed all installation steps correctly.

Issue: Ovix files keep being deleted

Symptoms: Files are removed when closing the menu or restarting the device. Solution:

  1. Create an exception in your antivirus software to prevent file deletion.
  2. Ensure that Windows Defender and other antivirus programs are configured to allow the Ovix files.

Issue: Error "Game Window Not Found"

Symptoms: Unable to inject the menu due to the game not being fully loaded. Solution:

  1. Make sure the game is fully loaded before attempting to inject the menu.

Issue: Mouse cursor stuck on the screen

Symptoms: The mouse cursor prevents looking around in the game. Solution:

  1. Press the Insert key on your keyboard while Ovix is injected to regain control.

Issue: "Successfully Injected" but menu/console doesn't appear

Symptoms: The injection process completes, but the menu or console does not show up. Solution:

  1. Install the Visual C++ Redistributable:
  2. If already installed, uninstall it completely and then reinstall.
