The cheat / overlay doesn't show up

Pulse does not work in Fullscreen Exclusive mode. Switch Meccha Chameleon to Borderless (or Windowed) in the video settings. If it's still not visible, press Windows + D.

I launched the game and Pulse isn't working

Pulse must be running before you open the game. Close everything, start Pulse.exe, wait for it to load, then launch Meccha Chameleon and paste your key.
