What you receive
Your account is delivered as one line split by :
- The first part is the account email.
- The last part is your 2FA key: a long code of 26 characters. It is not part of the password and not the 6-digit login code.
- The password is everything between the two, colons included. Most lines have four parts (
email:password-part-1:password-part-2:2FA key); the password then contains a:.
How to log in
How do I log in and get my FiveM Ready Account 2FA code?
- Open the Rockstar Games Launcher. Do not log in on the cfx.re forum with these details. Sign out of your own Rockstar account first.
- Log in with the email and password only (everything except the last part).
- When Rockstar asks for a verification code, open https://2fa.live/ (2fa.live). There is no login on that site.
- Paste only the last part of the line (the long 26-character 2FA key) into the top box. Leave the bottom box empty and click Submit.
- A 6-digit code appears below. Enter only those 6 digits in the launcher.
The 6-digit code changes every 30 seconds. If it is refused, get a fresh one on 2fa.live and enter it right away. If FiveM asks for a code again later, make a new one the same way. Each account has its own 2FA key, so the code is different for every account.
The 2FA key gives you the 6-digit Rockstar code. If Rockstar asks for a code sent by e-mail, do not retry: open a support chat with your order number.
Common mistakes
- Stopping the password at the first colon. If your line has four parts, the password is the two middle parts together, with the
:in between. - A bare 2fa.live link is not a login. There is no account or login on that site. Paste only the last part of the line into the top box.
- Pasting the wrong part. Always use the last part of the line, the long 26-character code. Not the whole line, not the password.
- Changing your PC time zone does not help. The usual cause is pasting the wrong part of the line.
- Never share the full account line or the 2FA key in chat. Anyone who has them can take the account. Tell us what the screen says instead.
Rockstar says it cannot process your request
If Rockstar says "Sorry, we are unable to handle your request at this time" after a correct login, stop retrying for a while. Rockstar blocks too many logins in a short time. Wait, then try again in another browser such as Edge.
