## FAQ

**I'm getting "Driver didn't load properly" or Blue Screen (BSOD)?**
Disable any antivirus and anti-cheat software running, then restart your PC. Make sure you're using a supported Windows version (listed in the FAQ section). If these fixes don't work, contact support through the customer Discord.

**I'm getting d3dx11_43.dll or d3dcompiler_43.dll error?**
Download and install the latest version of [DirectX](https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/7/1/1718CCC4-6315-4D8E-9543-8E28A4E18C4C/dxwebsetup.exe).

**The loader shows infinite loading?**
1. Disable all antivirus software (uninstall if necessary)
2. Uninstall any anti-cheat programs (EAC, Vanguard, FACEIT, etc.)
3. Restart your computer

**I'm getting "System environment is not securely set up" error?**
Move the loader to a different folder.

**I'm getting "An error occurred while spoofing" error?**
1. Update your NVIDIA drivers to the latest version
2. Sync your device's date and time settings to the current standard
3. If still not working, open a ticket on the customer Discord

**What anti-cheat software should I uninstall?**
- Vanguard (Riot Games)
- FACEIT
- ESEA

**What antivirus software should I uninstall?**
- Kaspersky (must uninstall)
- Malwarebytes (only if disabling doesn't fix the issue)
- Other antivirus/anti-cheat software just needs to be disabled

**I'm getting "An error occurred while initializing the requested game" error?**
Disable any VPN along with your firewall.

**I keep crashing - what should I do?**
Make sure to follow all the requirements to run Susano. If that doesn't work, contact support through the customer Discord.

**I'm getting error messages when launching FiveM or joining a server?**
Follow these steps:
1. **Restart your computer** - many issues can be solved by a simple reboot
2. **Uninstall conflicting software:**
   - Vanguard (Riot Games Anti-Cheat)
   - FACEIT Ant

4.  **Uninstall Xbox Apps** Remove all Xbox-related applications from your PC using **Revo Uninstaller**:

7.  **Important Note: Restart for Protected Games** If you plan to play on a game that uses anti-ch34ts like **EAC, BE, Vanguard,** or **FACEIT**, **restart your computer** after spoofing.
