## FAQ

**ESP is laggy - how do I fix it?**
Enable V-sync on TZ/TZX in the menu settings.

**FiveM says it needs to restart?**
1. Right-click on the FiveM launcher
2. Press "Open file location"
3. Make a new shortcut from `FiveM.exe` and drag it to your desktop
4. Right-click the new shortcut and select "Properties"
5. Press "Shortcut" and locate the "Target" box
6. At the END of the target box, put a space then type `-pure_X -bYYYY`
7. Find the server build and pure mode from the restart message when joining the server
8. Replace X with the pure mode (0, 1, 2) and YYYY with the server build (e.g., 3095, 2699, 2944)
   Example: `"C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.exe" -pure_1 -b2699`

**TZ Loader has been updated message?**
1. Redownload TZ from your account
2. Switch from canary/beta to release version
3. Reinstall TZX and FiveM if the issue remains

**TZX crashes while loading into a FiveM server?**
Redownload TZ from your account dashboard.

**TZ/TZX Not Finding FiveM?**
1. Uninstall OneDrive
2. Make sure FiveM is properly installed in AppData
3. Do not use a custom OS

**What's the difference between TZ and TZX?**
TZX is the premium/extended version of TZ with additional features and capabilities. Make sure you're using the correct loader for your license type.

**My key doesn't work?**
1. Make sure you're copying the entire key without extra spaces

3.  Go to your [account page](https://tzproject.com/account) and press "Redeem Code", paste the key you bought into the text box and press the checkmark.

2.  Go to your [account page](https://tzproject.com/account) and press "Download Software", choose TZX.
    
3.  Unzip the TZX.zip file.
    
4.  Make sure Steam is running
    
5.  Run the svhost.exe file inside the TZX folder.
    
6.  Log in using your TZ Project credentials
    
7.  Once it says "Waiting For Fivem ..." launch Fivem
    
8.  Wait for 20 seconds and you will be injected
